Tasting Notes: Jasmine, cherry, bergamont, & buttery

Brew Notes: The washed version of the Natural Nicaraguan from earlier this month! Just like the natural, this geisha is no slouch with punchy florals, acidity, and sweetness for an all round balanced cup of coffee. Contact times are pushing the 3 minute mark, and if it goes over the coffee does tend to get watery losing some of its texture. Otherwise, easy coffee to brew if you’ve got a nice set of flat burrs in your home grinder!
