BREW NOTES: Coffee has a strong earthiness and tends to have a slow draw down so to avoid choking agitate gently and pour slowly. If your brew runs 3 minutes plus, it may be lacking some of the earthy florals but may still taste as though it’s been well extracted so don’t hesitate to use the same grind size with less agitation to quicken up the draw down.
