Brew Notes:
If you like Chocolate Orange, then this espresso is for you. A 1:2.5 ratio gives you a rich, thick espresso, perfect for traditional espresso lovers. If you want a lighter flavour profile, you can try a 55g yield which will help round out the coffee. A classic El Salvador 'spro, also tastes pretty good in a milk drink as well!

Tools: These parameters are calculated using 20g VST baskets & EK43 Redspeed Burrs

POUROVER RECIPE

Ratio: 1:16
Roast Date: 13/08/24
Freeze Date: 20/08/24
Recipe Date: 20/08/24
Water Dose: 240g
Temperature: 100 degrees
Grind Size EK43s: 9.2
Clicks On Comandante Mk4: 21
Psa: 691 µm
Dose: 15g
Yield: 205.3g
Time: 2:45
TDS: 1.39
Ext: 19.02%
Tasting Notes: Red apple. caramel, & frangipane.

Brew Notes:
This coffee is full in body and nice and syrupy. If you like a lighter brew use slightly more water in the brew to help tone it down. The coffee chokes when heavily agitated, but doesn’t need it due to its high solubility. Definitely, a coffee you want to drink a mug of in the morning!

Tools: These parameters are calculated using Hario 02 V60 & EK43 Redspeed Burrs.
