Tips: Quite a straightforward coffee to brew. We found great results with a more aggressive agitation during the bloom phase - and then do a slow pour at 1:10-1:15 until you get to the 240-gram weight. In the cup, we saw a creamy and clean profile - a very classic Panama Geisha-washed profile. Classy coffee!
