Ratio: 1 to 16
Coffee Dose: 15 grams
βWater Dose: 100 degrees / 240 grams
Grind: medium-fine
0s - 6s: Quickly pour 60g of water to bloom
8s - 15s: Aggitate slurry
45s - 1m15s: Pour the remaining 180g of water once in a circle around the filter, then in a zig-zag method for the rest of the pour
1m15s - 1m18s: Give the brewer a gentle swirl and tap
Drawdown should finish between around 3 minutes and 3 minutes 30 seconds, but adjust by taste!
