Brew Notes: Love a Guatemala Geisha! Coffee is soluble but tends to choke with heavy agitation. Any brews that I made that ran under 2’30” tended to have an unpleasant papery after taste so longer contact times will be the way to go! All in all, tasty little brew with a bright acidic front and a luxurious, silky finish!
