Brew Notes:
Fun little number that you may have seen before! Coffee seems to have a super even grind distribution, so we were able to go finer than usual without any choking! Coffee responds well to agitation, and needs it in order to get that extraction up, or else the coffee can lack sweetness and texture. All in all, an easy coffee to brew and definitely one for the lovers of interesting earthy florals with sweetness and acidity!
