Brew per usual, we noticed the bloom stage has a faster draw down but that is from the pacamara varietal having lower density. The aroma through the dry and bloom is very distinguish also intense which will transfer to liquid nicely with peach and grapefruit finish. Note with the coated texture in the pleasant cup!
