Brew Notes: This coffee runs predictably and tastes delicious. For those looking for a single origin coffee to have with milk, be careful that you don’t lose all the delicate fruity flavours of this spro and make a 3/4 latte with a ratio of 1:2 instead of 1:2.5. If you prefer a slightly sweeter espresso, this coffee does respond well to longer contact times, and a shot time of 32 seconds will result in a textural, chocolatey espresso with light acidity and fruits.
