Brew Notes: This coffee is definitely for the acid lovers out there! Coffee tends to run quick, so don’t be afraid of some heavy agitation to help get higher extractions and a rounder cup. Coffee will have a grainy and short finish if it’s under extracted, so look out for this and adjust your grind size accordingly.
