When to Brew or Freeze: After 10 days

Grind Size: Comandante MK4 20 clicks

Tip: Coffee ran well, and had a surprising amount of florality and fruit for a 1 day old roast. Black tea and stone fruit present, with a satisfying creaminess. As the coffee ages will likely have to go finer to avoid the coffee tasting watered down.

Notes: Floral, apple, mandarin orange, & silky
