Brew Notes: Fun little Brazil COE Lot. This brew definitely went down a sweeter cup profile path, but definitely still has some gentle fruity flavours that come through as it cools. Coffee runs great, however over agitation during the bloom tends to choke the brew. This coffee would also taste great at a 1:17 ratio, so if you like your coffees with a tea-like consistency I recommend that you play with a higher ratio.

All in all it’s a delicious brew!
