Brew Notes:
Bit of a tricky coffee here! Recommend using very minimal to no agitation for this brew as it tends to choke up easily. Grind size is also coarser than usual, but the coffee is definitely soluble enough to make up for the coarser grind size so don’t be afraid of vegetal or acidic finishes.
Overall, this coffee is a nice mix up from the usual geisha offering, with earthy florals not often tasted in Colombian coffees.
