Tasting Notes: Malic acid, caramel, & marzipan
Brew Notes: Simple little espresso that has a perfect balance between being chewy and thick, and a sweet, lightly fruity espresso. This extraction was certainly on the lower end of the acceptable espresso range, on home machines 28 - 30 seconds should be the time you aim for! Not super soluble but doesn’t seem to affect the texture, and if you’re using this coffee for milk highly recommend a 1:2 ratio and pushing the shot time closer to 32 seconds.

Brew Notes: Great everyday drinker, coffee has a good texture and extremely sweet notes with a light acidity on the finish. Brew was standard, doesn’t tend to choke or run fast. The coffee isn’t as soluble as we’d expect, but this doesn’t seem to affect the final product which has plenty of texture and sweetness.
